OVERVIEW

Welcome to The MoonBase MarketPlace (“we”, “us”, “our”). The MoonBase MarketPlace operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Services.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside our control.

Orders may be fulfilled by MoonBase HQ or our global fulfillment partners, depending on product availability and destination.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services—including text, logos, graphics, artwork, product images, video, audio, and layout—is owned by The MoonBase MarketPlace or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, republish, or create derivative works without our written permission.

All trademarks, service marks, and brand elements appearing on the Services are the property of their respective owners.

The MoonBase MarketPlace is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with us. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions or interactions with The MoonBase MarketPlace. You release Shopify from any claims arising from your purchases.

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and by Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts our store, some of your data will be processed by Shopify and third-party service providers, which may be located in other countries.
