OUR PHILOSOPHY
We want every customer to be happy with their order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re simply not satisfied, we’ll take care of it.
No complicated forms. No return labels.
Just reach out, and we’ll make it right.
HOW TO REQUEST HELP
If there’s an issue with your order, email us at:

Include your order number and a quick description of the issue. Photos are helpful but not required.
We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
WHAT WE DO TO FIX IT
Depending on the situation, we will:

Send a replacement (from our inventory or fulfillment partners),

Provide a refund,
whichever resolves the issue fastest.
You do not need to return the item unless specifically requested, which is rare.
ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
To qualify for a replacement or refund, contact us within:

30 days of delivery
After 30 days, we may still assist on a case-by-case basis.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned (stickers, accessories, digital products, opened items).
But don’t worry — if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we still fix it. You just don’t need to send it back.
CANCELLATIONS
Because we process orders quickly, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment.
If it’s already shipping, we can help with a refund after delivery if needed.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order:

does not arrive after a reasonable shipping window
