We aim to process orders same day or within 1 business day whenever possible.
During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take up to 1β3 business days.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
FULFILLMENT
Orders may be fulfilled through MoonBase HQ or our global fulfillment network, depending on product availability and destination.

We offer Free Standard Shipping.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately at no extra cost.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order is handed to the carrier, it is outside our control. We are not responsible for packages that are:
