ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process orders same day or within 1 business day whenever possible.
During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take up to 1–3 business days.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.


FULFILLMENT

Orders may be fulfilled through MoonBase HQ or our global fulfillment network, depending on product availability and destination.


SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

We offer Free Standard Shipping.

Delivery estimates may vary based on carrier performance, routing, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking may be available depending on fulfillment location and carrier.
Tracking is not guaranteed for all shipments.


MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately at no extra cost.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order is handed to the carrier, it is outside our control. We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • delayed

  • lost

  • marked β€œdelivered” but not received

  • damaged in transit

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
